Crown Resorts cleared by Commission despite critics’ disapproval

On Friday, 3 August, the embattled Crown Resorts was cleared by regulators as “suitable”. The Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR) finished its review of the multi-billion-dollar casino company.
